Jika iya,    apakah Anda tahu bahwa bunga matahari tidak hanya berguna sebagai tanaman hias, tapi juga sebagai tanaman obat?    Bunga matahari memiliki nama latin Helianthus annuus Linn. dan masuk dalam famili Compositae. Sama  seperti lidah buaya, bunga matahari merupakan tanaman hias yang sering dijadikan sebagai obat tradisional. Beberapa penyakit yang bisa diobti dengan bunga matahari antara lain Hipertensi, Sakit kepala, Sakit gigi, nyeri menstruasi, reumatik, Nyeri lambung, radang payudara, Sulit melahirkan, Disentri, Campak, Infeksi saluran kencing, Bronkhitis, Batuk, Keputihan dan Malaria.

   Kandungan kimia yang terdapat pada bunganya antara lain: Quercimeritrin, helianthoside (A,B,C), oleanolic acid, echinocystic acid. Sedangkan dalam bijinya terkandung Beta-sitosterol, prostaglandin E, chlorogenic acid, quinic acid, phytin, 3,4-benzopyrene.

  Manfaat Bunga MatahariBagian tanaman yang sering digunakan untuk pengobatan adalah akar, daun, bunga dan biji. Akar bunga matahari berkhasiat untuk mengobati infeksi saluran kencing, radang saluran nafas (bronchitis), batuk rejan (pertussis), keputihan (leucorrhoe). Bagian bunganya sendiri bermanfaat untuk pengobatan tekanan darah tinggi, mengurangi rasa nyeri pada sakit kepala, pusing, sakit gigi, nyeri menstruasi (dysmenorrhoe), nyeri lambung (gastric pain), radang payudara (mastitis), rheumatik (arthritis), sulit melahirkan.

  Bijinya bisa digunakan untuk menambah nafsu makan, lesu, disenteri berdarah, campak, dan sakit kepala. Sementara daunnya dipakai untuk mengobati penyakit malaria.

   1. Mengobati Sakit Kepala
Ambil 30 gram bunga matahari, kemudian direbus dengan satu butir telur ayam (jangan dipecahkan). Rebus dalam 3 gelas air hingga tersisa 1/2 gelas. Kemudian air rebusan tersebut diminum sesudah makan sebanyak dua kali sehari.

   2. Mengobati Rematik
Untuk mengobati rematik, rebuslah 1 tangkai kepala bunga matahari sampai menjadi kanji. Kemudian tempelkan kanji tersebut ke bagian yang sakit seperti menggunakan salep.

   3. Mengobati Disentri
Seduh 30 gram biji bunga matahari, kemudian ditim selama kurang lebih 1 jam. Setelah dingin, tambahkan gula batu secukupnya, kemudian diminum.

   4. Melancarkan buang air besar dan kecil
Jika Anda mengalami susah buang air besar ataupun susah buang air kecil, rebuslah 15-30 gram akar bunga matahari segar, kemudian minum airnya. Insya Alloh semuanya akan lancar kembali.

   5. Infeksi saluran kencing
Rebus 30 gram akar bunga matahari segar. Sewaktu akan mendidih, segera diangkat

   Belerang
Sediakan belerang, tumbuk halus – halus belerang tersebut. Tambahkan minyak kelapa sedikit, aduk sampai benar – benar tercampur. Oleskan setiap pagi dan sore secara teratur pada bagian kulit yang terkena kadas agar lekas sembuh.

   Daun srikaya
Carilah beberpa lembar daun srikaya, bersihkan dengan air. Tumbuk daun srikaya sampai halus, tambahkan sedikit air dan kapur sirih. Oleskan hasil tumbukan daun srikaya yang telah dicampur air dan kapur sirih pada bagian dimana penyakit kadas itu tumbuh. Lakukan pada malam hari secara rutin.

   Brotowali
Ambilah beberapa brotowali, bersihkan dengan air.haluskan brotowali dengan cara ditumbuk lalu campurkan minyak kelapa sedikit. Oleskan hasil olahan tadi pada bagian kulit yang terkena penyakit kadas. Lakukan berulang – ulang.

   Ada cara lain, selain ditumbuk juga bisa diminum. Caranya yaitu ambil brotowali yang sudah dibersihkan dengan air. Kemudian rebus brotowali sampai mendidih, lalu diamkan. Ketika sudah dingin, air tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai obat dengan cara diminum secara teratur. Bisa juga ditambahkan madu atau gula supaya tidak terlalu pahit.

   Daun randu
Carilah daun randu yang masuh muda. Tumbuk daun randu sampai benar – benar halus dan tambahkan sedikit garam, campur hingga merata. Oleskan pada bagian permukaan kulit yang gatal atau terkena kadas secara merata.

   Daun tembakau
Siapkan beberapa helai daun tembakau. Tumbuk halus – halus daun tersebut. Kemudian oleskan pada kulit yang terkena kadas hingga merata. Lakukan dengan rutin setiap hari.

  Hal yang perlu diperhatikan : lakukan cara diatas secara rutin, karena penyakit kadas atau kurap secara alami membutuhkan penanganan yang telaten dan menghendaki perawatan yang berkesinambungan.

Kisah Pengantin Baru

    Seorang wanita yang baru saja menikah, datang ke ibunya dan mengeluh soal tingkah laku suaminya. 

 Setelah pesta pernikahan, baru ia tahu karakter asli sang suami keras kepala, suka bermalas-malasan, cuek, boros, dsb.
Wanita muda itu berharap orang tuanya ikut menyalahkan suaminya.

     Namun betapa kagetnya diakarena ternyata ibunya diam saja, bahkan sang ibu kemudian malah masuk ke dapur,  sementara putrinya terus bercerita dan mengikutinya. Sang ibu lalu memasak air. Setelah sekian lama, air mendidih.
Sang ibu menuangkan air panas mendidih itu ke dalam 3 gelas yang telah disiapkan. Di gelas pertama ia masukkan telur, di gelas kedua ia masukkan wortel & di gelas ketiga ia masukkan kopi.

Setelah menunggu beberapa saat, ia mengangkat isi ke-3 gelas tadi, dan hasilnya:
Wortel yang keras menjadi lunak, telur yang mudah pecah menjadi keras, & kopi menghasilkan aroma yg harum.
Lalu sang ibu menjelaskan:

"Nak... masalah dalam hidup itu bagaikan air mendidih".
Namun, bagaimana sikap kita lah yang akan menentukan dampaknya".
Kita bisa menjadi:
  1. Lembek seperti wortel.
  2. Mengeras seperti telur.
  3. Atau harum seperti kopi.

    Jadi, wortel & telur bukan mempengaruhi air...
  Mereka malah berubah oleh air.
Sementara kopi malah mengubah air & membuatnya menjadi harum.
Dalam tiap masalah, selalu tersimpan mutiara yang berharga.

  Sangat mudah untuk bersyukur saat keadaan baik-baik saja, tapi apakah kita dapat tetap bersyukur saat kita ditimpa masalah?

880 Haji Tiba di Banjarnegara

        BANJARNEGARA – Usai menjalankan ibadah haji di tanah suci, jamaah haji asal Banjarnegara tiba di    Pendhopo Dipayudha Adigraha. Kepulangan yang diawali oleh kloter 5 disusul kloter 6 dan seterusnya.  tangis bahagia dan suasana haru mengiringi saat jamaah sebanyak 149 orang dari kloter 5 tiba di Banjarnegara, Kamis (1/10) dini hari.

     Jamaah haji kloter 5 yang menggunakan 4 armada bis berangkat dari Solo malam hari sebelumnya             merupakan kloter pertama yang pulang.Salah satu keluarga dari jamaah haji kloter 5, Siti, mengaku bahagia dan dan merasa lega karena ayah dan ibunya selamat dari musibah yang terjadi di tanah suci beberapa waktu lalu.“Sangat bersyukur bisa bertemu dan berkumpul lagi di rumah,”ungkapnya.

       Pihak Kementerian Agama (Kemenag) Banjarnegara mengungkapan, awalnya dari kloter 5 jamaah haji   terdiri dari 150 orang.“Tapi meninggal satu, sehingga tersisa 149 orang,”ungkap Kasi Kepala Seksi Penyelenggara Ibadah Haji dan Umrah Kantor Kemenag Banjarnegara,Budiyono.Kepulangan jamaah haji disusul oleh kloter 7 yang tiba pada hari yang sama pukul 16.30 sore yang berjumlah 223 orang dengan 5 bis.

      “Start dari solo sekitar pukul 11.00  WIB bis yang terakhir, sejauh ini lancar proses kepulangan jamaah    haji,”ujarnya.Keluarga dari jamaah haji merasa bahagia karena jamaah haji asal Banjarnegara selamat dari tragedi crane dan Mina. Hanya terdapat dua jamaah haji yang meninggal dunia karena sakit dan satu jamaah gagal berangkat, sehingga jumlah total jamaah haji yang kembali ke Banjarnegara sebanyak 880 orang.

      Proses pemulangan haji tahun ini terdiri dari 8 kloter yaitu kloter 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 14, 26, dan 31. “Disusul  kloter 8 yang tiba di bandara sekitar jam 00.26 dan sampai di Banjarnegara jam 6.30 hari Jumat. Kloter 9 sampai mendarat di bandara jam 03.00 dini hari dan sampai di Banjarnegara siang, lalu diikuti oleh kloter lainnya secara bergantian.

      Indonesia pada hari ini merayakan Hari Batik Nasional,Batik Indonesia yang namanya sudah  mendunia ini ternyata banyak macam,corak,dan warna.Salah satu batik Indonesia yang berada di provinsi Jawa Tengah,Banjarnegara,Gumelem susukan ini juga memiliki corak dan has yang tidak kalah menarik dengan batik-batik yang sudah cukup populer di Indonesia.

   
     Batik Gumelem memiliki corak khas yaitu udan liris dan rujak senthe yang diproduksi secara    turun temurun oleh warga setempat. Ciri khas lainnya dari Batik Gumelem adalah warnanya yang didominasi oleh warna coklat, hitam dan kuning serta bermotif bunga-bunga.Proses pembuatan Batik Gumelem melalui beberapa tahapan. Dengan menggunakan kain katun maupun sunforis, pertama-tama dibuat desain sesuai corak yang diinginkan. Kemudian dibatik mengikuti corak dengan menggunakan malam yang sudah dipanaskan.

     Untuk proses selanjutnya kain dicolet menggunakan warna merah, kuning atau warna lainnya.  Setelah kering, kemudian warna hasil coletan tadi ditutup menggunakan malam untuk menyimpan warna pada saat proses pencelupan. Proses pencelupan ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan warna lain pada satu kain. Setelah itu didiamkan, untuk kemudian dilorod dengan air mendidih yang dicampur aci atau tapioka untuk menghilangkan malam yang menempel pada kain,dan setelah selesai batik kemudian di jemur hingga kering dan setelah kering batik kemudian di setrika dan di press.

    Pemasaran untuk batik Gumelem memang belumlah seluas atau seperti batik- batik lainnya,dan masih dalam konsumsi lokal saja.Namun bukan berarti tidak ada upaya untuk mengembangkan produksi batik yang unik ini.Akan tetapi Pemkab Banjarnegara baru-baru ini mengupayakan pemakaian baju batik pada hari-hari tertentu dan dalam acara-acara budaya Banjarnegara.

       Salah satunya adalah Ibu Mirah yang memulai usahanya dari tahun 2007, pernah mendapat pesanan seragam batik untuk acara Festival Sungai Serayu beberapa waktu yang lalu. Dengan mempekerjakan beberapa pembatik yang juga merupakan tetangganya, dia berusaha memenuhi pesanan para pelanggannya. Mulai dari seragam sekolah, seragam kantor maupun seragam acara-acara khusus. Untuk satu kain batik kombinasi (proses cetak dan tulis) dibanderol dengan harga berkisar 70 ribu sampai 90 ribu rupiah , sedangkan untuk yang 100 persen tulis harganya bisa mencapai 200 ribu rupiah.Harga yang cukup terbilang sangat murah di bandingkan dengan batik-batik yang namanya sudah cukup populer.

Naughty truck Difficult Controlled

     BANJARNEGARA – Dinas Perhubungan, Komunikasi dan Inforrmatika (Dishubkominfo) Banjarnegara mengaku kesulitan mengendalikan banyaknya truk yang nekat membawa muatan berlebih. Padahal, tidak sedikit ‘jalan kabupaten’ yang rusak akibat ulah truk nakal tersebut.
       
           Kepala Dishubkominfo Banjarnegara, Mulyanto mengatakan saat ini pihaknya belum mempunyai jembatan timbang portabel yang digunakan untuk mengendalikan truk nakal. Sehingga, lanjut dia, Dishubkominfo tidak bisamelaksanakan operasi sewaktu-waktu.“Jembatan timbang portabel ini harganya sekitar Rp 300 juta. 

          Tapi kitabelum punya,” kata dia.Dengan kondisi ini, Mulyanto mengungkapkan, jika ingin melakukan operasi,pihaknya harus bekerjasama dengan Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi. Itupun,biasanya dilakukan pada jalan nasional. “Padahal, jalan yang kerusakannya tidak terkendali kebanyakan jalan kabupaten.Saat ini kita belum bisa leluasamelakukan operasi untuk menjaring truk yang kelebihan muatan,” lanjutnya.Truk-truk yang membawa muatan berlebih ini hanya menguntungkan para pengusaha.

           Namun dampak kerusakan jalan yang ditimbulkan dirasakan oleh masyarakat luas. “Ada banyak jalan kabupaten yang kondisinya rusak,” ungkapnya.Data dari Bidang Bina Marga Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Banjarnegara, dari 888 kilometer jalan kabupaten yang ada di Banjarnegara, 490 dalam keadaan baik. Sedangkan separuh sisanya dalam kondisi rusak berat, sedang dan ringan.

Bupati Banjarnegara, Sutedjo Slamet Utomo mengatakan truk-truk pembawahasil tambang memang ikut berperan terhadap kerusakan jalan. Termasukpenambangan galian C yang dilakukan oleh Perusda Pertambangan.“Keuntungan yang ditimbulkan mungkin tidak sebanding dengan kerusakanjalan. Tapi kalau kami tutup, maka akan timbul banyak pengangguran

             

Minim Anggaran, Pengerjaan Alun-Alun Molor

       BANJARNEGARA – Revitalisasi Alun-alunBanjarnegara dipastikan belum bisa rampung tahun ini. Minimnya   anggaran menjadi penyebab utama molornya pengerjaan Alun-alun tersebut.Kabid Cipta Karya DPU Banjarnegara, Dedi Restioko mengatakan, pengerjaan revitalisasi Alun-alun yang dikerjakan secara bertahap baru bisa selesai tahun 2016 mendatang.

     “Kerena terbatas anggaran dan waktu sudah mepet, jadi Alun-alun baru bisa diselesaikan tahun depan di  tahap ketiga,”katanya.Sementara untuk tahap kedua, lanjutnya, pihaknya mengusahakan bisa selesai Desember tahun ini dengan menyelesaikan tepi semua sisi Alun-alun. “Pekerja kejar target agar akhir tahun bisa selesai tahapan kedua jadi tahun depan tinggal melanjutkan dan bisa selesai total,”ungkapnya.

       Menurutnya, selain ketersediaan anggaran, pengerjaan revitalisasi Alun-alun sedikit terhambat karena  beberapa faktor. “Seperti yang bisa dilihat aktifitas PKL masih di Alun-alun dan tebing panjat dinding juga sampai sekarang belum dipindah padahal sudah lama kita komunikasikan dengan KONI untuk dipindah,”lanjutnya.Sehingga, proses pemindahan shalter PKL selatan Alun-alun rencananya mulai dipindah minggu ini dengan anggaran Rp 50 juta. “Biaya tersebut untuk membongkar, memindah dan memasang lagi di eks pertanian sampai bisa dipakai,”jelasnya.  

      Rencananya untuk pengerjaan tahap ketiga di tahun depan, diusulkan kurang lebih Rp 3 miliar. Anggaran  tersebut untukmenambah fasilitas jogging track, tugu, lampu taman. “Rencana ada air mancurnya, tahun ini baru ada kolamnya untuk sistem mekaniknya belum selesai jadi menunggu anggaran tahun depan,”katanya.

      Sementara, menurut salah satu warga, Setyo menilai bahwa kondisi Alun-alun Banjarnegara saat ini terlihat  amburadul. “Pengerjaan tidak teratur, debu dimana-mana tidak ditutup jadi aktifitas di sekitar terganggu, apalagi masih ada pedagang yang berjualan disitu, harusnya diakomodir ke sisi yang lain agar tetap nyaman dan pengerjaan tidak terganggu.

One Day One Page Al Quran

       SIGALUH,SATELITPOST- SMA Negeri 1 Sigaluh terus berusaha membawa siswanya menjadi insan    religius. Karenanya beberapa program terus dilaksanakan untuk mewujudkannya. Satu dari sekian prodram yang mereka gencarkan adalahOne Day One Pageatau setiap hari tadarus satu halaman Al Quran.

     Menurut Kepala SMA Negeri 1 Sigaluh Imam Raharjo, membaca Al Quran, sudah dilaksanakansekitar dua  tahun yang lalu. "Saya melanjutkan program dari kepala sekolah sebelumnya, hanya saja saat ini lebih tertata dengan adanya buku kendali," kata Imam.Dengan buku kendali tersebut, tambah Imam, siswa dapat terkontrol dan dipastikan sehari membaca Al Quran minimal satu halaman di sekolah. Waktu yang dibutuhkan, kata dia, sangatsingkat karena hanya 10 menit, namun memunculkan efek positif yaitu melancarkan bacaan Al Quran siswa.Tak hanya itu, sekolah yang sudah menerapkan lima hari sekolah tersebut juga setiap hari menggelar sholat Duhur dan Ashar berjamaah di masjid sekolah.

    Menurut guru PAI SMA Negeri 1 Sigaluh Suparni, keberadaan 5 hari sekolah ada manfaatnya. "Dengan 5 hari sekolah, siswa otomatis pulang selepas Ashar. Jadi kami menjamin seluruh siswa sholat Duhur dan Ashar berjamaah di masjid sekolah," katanya.Ia berharap apa yang dilakukan di sekolah dapat disinergikan dengan kegiatan keluarga dirumah dalam kegiatan sholat berjamaah di masjid agar tidak ada kesenjangan antara hal yang dilakukan di sekolah dengan yang ada di rumah.

    Menurut dia, banyak siswa ketika ditanya juga masih ada yang sholatnya bolong-bolong, terutama sholat Subuh dan Isya. Tentu ini butuh kerjasama dan juga kekompakan antara pendidikan di sekolah dengan di rumah.

                 

Produsen Carica Kesulitan Bahan Baku

                Dampak Musim Kemarau
           BANJARNEGARA – Musim kemarau tahun ini selain berdampak pada krisis air di 43 Desa di 18 Kecamatan di          Banjarnegara, juga berdampak pada lahan  pertanian yang mengakibatkan menurunnya produktivitas hasil bumi.
Salah satu komoditas yang jumlah produktifitasnya menurun adalah carica. Kondisi ini  berdampak pada minimnya ketersediaan bahan baku bagi produsen buah khas dataran Tinggi Dieng ini.

     Salah satu produsen, Setyo Bangun Suharto mengatakan, saat ini dirinya mengurangi volume buah carica di setiap kemasan karena langkanya bahan baku.

     Dia menjelaskan,  petani buah carica bisa memanen setelah 20 hari. “Padahal biasanya seminggu sudah bisa dipetik dan siap produksi, tapi sekarang harus menunggu lebih lama lagi,”ujarnya.
Menurut dia, dalam sekali produksi membutuhkan carica sebanyak 1 kwintal buah, namun saat ini hanya terpenuhi 60 kilogram carica yang diolah tiap kali produksi. Akibatnya, pendapatan berkurang karena produktifitas menurun.
Menurutnya, setiap produsen harus mempunyai banyak kerjasama dengan pengepul, petani atau kelompok penyedia buah carica agar bisa bertahan saat musim ekstrim.

     “Jadi tetap ada yang suplai bahan baku meski tidak banyak, karena tidak hanya musim kemarau, tapi juga musim hujan juga produktifitas turun, apalagi sekarang peminat  sudah bertambah sementara petani masih tetap saja jumlahnya,”ujarnya.

     Hal yang sama juga diasmpaikan oleh produsen  Susatrio. Saat ini dirinya bahkan tidak bisa rutin memproduksi manisan carica karena sulitnya mendapatkan bahan baku dan harganya yang lebih mahal.
“Kalau ada bahan bakunya saja baru bisa produksi, kalau bahan bakunya hanya sedikit tidak bisa produksi karena tidak menutup biaya operasional yang  sama besarnya jika produksi dalam jumlah banyak.

    Olahan buah Carica atau yang biasa di sebut dengan pepaya gunung atau buahnya para dewa ini memang sudah sangat di gandrungi oleh banyak kalangan, dan jelas tentu keteteran bagi pihak produsen untuk melayani permintaan pesanan yang makin kian melonjak.

Duka Salim Kancil Dan Dukungan Seruan Aksi

               Salim Kancil (Petani) Penolak Tambang Dianiaya dan Dibunuh di Lumajang.

              Pada 26 September pagi, telah terjadi penganiayaan dan pembunuhan terhadap petani penolak                   tambang di Desa, Selok Awar-Awar, Lumajang, Jawa Timur. Korban yang mati terbunuh yakni Salim Kancil. Dia dijemput oleh sejumlah preman yang disinyalir suruhan orang dari rumahnya dan dibawa . Dia dianiaya secara beramai-ramai dengan kedua tangan terikat. Mereka kemudian membantainya dengan cara kepala dicangkul, dipukul dengan batu dan benda keras lainnya. Setelah meninggal, mayatnya dibuang di tepi jalan dekat areal perkebunan warga.

       Berikutnya, korban penganiayaan Bapak Tosan, saat ini mengalami luka parah dan dalam kondisi kritis di      rumah sakit di Malang. Dia juga dijemput paksa di rumahnya, Bapak Tosan melawan dan dihajar beramai-ramai di dekat rumahnya dan beliau sempat melakukan perlawanan. Dia diselamatkan warga lain dan segera dibawa ke rumah sakit.

      Sudah sejak lama warga petani di desa ini diintimidasi oleh Kepala desa dan kroninya bila melawan aktivitas    pertambangan pasir yang dijalankan oleh sang kepala desa. Kedua korban termasuk petani dari sekian banyak petani lainnya yang kukuh bertahan melakukan penolakan secara terbuka. Fakta ini menunjukkan betapa petani telah dirampas ruang produksinya sekaligus dicabut nyawanya secara paksa.

    KOIN (Komunitas Ongis Nade) menyampaikan duka yang mendalam sekaligus rasa keprihatinan atas               terjadinya peristiwa ini. Bagi kami, peristiwa ini menambah deret panjang kejatahan tambang di Indonesia. Petani menjadi salahsatu aktor yang kerap menjadi korban. Oleh karena itu, KOIN (Komunitas Ongis Nade) mengutuk keras peristiwa ini dan meminta pemerintah untuk segera:

 1.   Meminta kepolisian dan pihak terkait lainnya segera usut secara tuntas pelaku pembunuhan dan penganiayaan sampai ke aktor intelektualnya.

 2.   Hentikan pertambangan pasir di Lumajang dan hentikan perampasan lahan pertanian menjadi lahan pertambangan.

 3.   Meminta pemerintah untuk melindungi hak bersuara dan hak produksi petani di kampung-kampung dari intimidasi, penganiayaan, pembunuhan hingga perampasan lahan.

       Kami juga mengharapkan agar publik luas turut mengawal kasus ini agar tidak menjadi preseden yang menjalar ke tempat-tempat lain di mana petani melakukan penolakan tambang.

      Publik luas dan lembaga lain dapat menyampaikan dukungan dan tuntutan kepada berbagai pihak terkait ini lewat surat, SMS, telepon atau media lainnya. Tujukan kepada :
